Lake Morely is one of those "private" lakes which features no public swimming access. You need to stay at a resort or pay a 56 dollar year access fee. No day passes here—guess they don't like us riff-raff tourists swimming in their lake.

We spent an afternoon kayaking on Lake Morey. The lake was quiet tranquil with beautiful scenery. Lake is not too large, nor not too small. Waters were clean.

Very nice lake to go paddling and enjoy the view. You can also go hiking around the lake which was very nice.

When I was a kid I spent summers in the area and Lake Morley is clean, clear, beautiful and refreshing. I love my summers there. I swam, canoed, sailed and enjoyed the Vermont summer weather. .
