"Making Vermont Famous for Wine"Located in a restored 1875 carriage barn on our 4th generation family farm, the Boyden Valley Winery is steeped in the culture and agricultural heritage of Vermont's Green Mountains. From 8000 grapevines and 100 acres of maple trees we craft wines that feature only the finest locally grown fruit. The care with which we've nurtured the Boyden Farm for 100 years lends itself to traditional winemaking techniques, producing wines clean to the palate and balanced. We produce elegant, lively whites, and medium bodied reds full. Boyden Valley Winery is open year round and visitors are invited to come share our passion for making wine. Hours: Daily 10am - 6pm

This was by far the best wine tasting we ever had-every wine we tasted we genuinely wanted to buy a bottle. Bowden Valley produces honest authentic and uncomplicated offerings that will make you want more. Because of their very genuine and true to Vermont approach you will be surprised to find that Bowden produces some of the most sophisticated bottles... More

Really liked this. You taste 7 wines of your choice, if there are two of you visiting, you can mix and match your choices. Whilst you taste, you are given detailed information and explanations about each wine by member of staff, all of which you can buy in the shop. After the tasting you are taken on a guided tour... We've been to a number of vineyards over the years but one of our favorites is Boyden Valley. We go for a tasting every year we are in Vermont. And we bring home cases to last us until next time. We have their cranberry wine every holiday season and love all of their originals like Cowtipper and Big Barn Red.... More

Visit the winery every year on vacation. The winery tasting area is in the renovated red barn that provides a nice atmosphere .The scenery outside extends itself to providing a quaint experience. The wines themselves are worth a stop, especially the ice wines! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the short trip if you are in the Stowe/Waterbury/Smuggs... More

We have been visiting the winery yearly for at least 16 years. Thanksgiving wouldn't be the same without their Cranberry wine. We always have the Glogg on Chrismas Eve. Barndoor Red is a must have for me. I could go on about their delicious Apple and Maple Cream Liquer, the hard cider, maple syrup which are all wonderful. Whether you... More

this is perhaps our third visit to Boyden Valley Winery. There is always something new to taste and much of it is surprisingly good... Vermont after all is not renown for grapes.

I was a little apprehensive about Vermont wines and still am but Boyden Winery had a couple of surprises. The first surprise was that Boyden had not only wines but also ciders and spirits available for tasting. The tastings are $10 for 7 tastings of wines and ciders as well as a couple of cremes and you get the glass.... More

Tasted seven wines for USD 10. Difficult to choose from the wine list, because many seems interesting. The wines we tasted were all of very good quality. As a bonus we also tasted the farm's syrup - the absolute best we've tasted on our vacation in New England. Both the exhibition and customer service was professional and aesthetic a good... More

We were staying in Stowe for a few days and took a scenic drive on route 15 ending up at Boyden Valley Winery. We were in Manchester for the fall craft show a few days earlier and had tasted (and purchased) the Vermont Ice Maple Creme. We had no idea they had so many other labels. The young woman holding...
