The special programs are very helpful in learning about the area. The traffic signage is a bit confusing particularly when exiting the area and trying to get back south. Easy to get on the email list for upcoming activities.

Our docent was one of the members of the board of directors. Very knowledgable and full of stories to bring Ethan Allen and his era to life. I now want to read the books to learn more ... Well worth the side trip.

I was last at this site in 2003, but The "RoyVB" assessment above sounds accurate from my recollection. Why not call the attraction and ask?
