A lot of visitors make it to North Beach Park without being aware of Leddy Park. This park is a little jewel on Lake Champlain. Nicely forested with a terrific beach for swimming in the cool refreshing waters of Lake Champlain. It's right off the Burlington Bike path. One of the nicest beaches in the Burlington, Vermont area.

Our family frequently enjoy this beach, because it's easily accessible being right off North Ave. There's no entrance fee, a wooded area with picnic tables and grills, and public restrooms. The only problem we've had is that visitors often violate the no dogs on beach rules.

I found this by mistake but thoroughly enjoyed it. I barely found anyone else exploring this unique park in the Burlington/Colchester area

We had a birthday party there and rented the back ice. Plenty of room for more people than we could invite. It was a great time for a great price.

This is my favorite local beach. It doesn't get as crowded as some of the other ones and is long enough to be able to spread out. And it's sandy! It's shallow so it's good for little kids, too.

Leddy Park, is a small quiet beach, at the same site as the ice rink. If you're looking for a pleasant relaxed time on the shores of Lake Champlain, choose Leddy.

We were here for a skating competition. The location is exceedingly difficult to find even with new BMW gps. Parking is not good, the rink is in need of updating and the park area with picnic tables is simply shabby.

Beautiful natural beach with tide. Secluded yet with modern services just up the hill that you can reach with stairs. Lovely sunsets.

Must see beach. Took a stroll down to this hidden gem and was so surprised. I live on the ocean in NJ so the beach is something I love but what a different experience here. The day was windy so there were waves breaking on the driftwood soaked shoreline. Beach goers build huts, benches, structures etc.. out of the driftwood that washes up on the shore. So amazing. Would have loved to spend the day however ice hockey tournament took us elsewhere.
