Worth the price

Got a shuttle with St.George Shuttle with Jeoffrey to The Grotto in Zion. Jeoffrey was courteous, and knowledgeable on the area and the trails. He went out of his way to make sure I was aware of trail closures and made sure everyone in the shuttle was aware of the drop offs/pickups, and other options. Thank You Jeoffrey and St. George Shuttle for such a great experience. I will definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone traveling to Zion. It is more money than the Zion shuttle pass but, it is worth every penny in my opinion for the service and professionalism.

shuttle in the Zion park - disorganized and uncaring
Apr 2021
This was NOT a good experience.
The morning trip to the Grotto was fine, the driver gave some good advice but also gave uncalled and excessively dramatic information about the Angels Landing. He had a huge sign that basically asked for tips.

The problem was with the return. We were scheduled for 6pm. We arrived early at the grotto but unfortunately when the driver arrived in the parking lot, she told us she has only 2 available spots in the van instead of 3. She told me that I would have to "wait a bit" because there are 5 drivers going back and forth and soon another van will come. Of note, in the 50 minutes we waited prior to our scheduled departure, NO van passed by (except for 2 dozen of other companies that were buzzing like busy bees - Red Rock was there in the parking lot at least 10 times).
40 minutes later another driver comes in: "I heard there are some angry customers here". Instead of driving us down to Springdale, he takes the trip back to the Sinawava temple and waits another few minutes for stray customers, then brings us down in town. He explained that him and another driver were in their very late lunch break sitting at the temple and doing nothing while we were waiting. "I would be upset too" he says. Obviously the female driver who knew we were waiting did not notify him. They have no dispatch and NO radio communication between them.
We arrived more than an hour later than scheduled in Springdale. I received no notice from the company that they heard about my complaint.

The problem with this company is that they are disorganized, they have poor communication between their drivers, they have NO dispatch and that they allow people to hop on their vans earlier than scheduled, leaving the scheduled customers to wait ungodly amounts of time. If this was a $1 service I would not mind, but we paid almost $50/person for a 15 minute drive.

This is one of 6 or more companies that go back and forth in their polluting vans taking advantage of the cuts in the number of seats available in the NPS shuttle and the huge demand.

Don't be like me, login at the right time to get your shuttle tickets or at least use another company! They are actually a bit cheaper and have more frequent service.

After failing to secure Zion Shuttle tickets we booked transportation to and from the Grotto to hike Angels Landing through St. George. They were great.

Terrific Shuttle Service
Apr 2021
I am always the designated driver and after taking this shuttle, I am questioning why. The driver was friendly, professional and a good driver. The seats were comfortable and I felt safe and relaxed taking this shuttle. I would take the shuttle again and leave the driving to Doug!

Happy to find St George Shuttle into Zion.

The registration was easy. After all Zion shuttle tickets were sold out we were so excited to have found St George Shuttle. They got us were we wanted and were so easy to work with. Thanks for the great rides!

Wonderful shuttle service
Apr 2021
This was a wonderful alternative to the elusive park shuttle that sells out within a second for tickets. We booked with them last minute and found their service flexible and convenient. The driver Jim was very friendly and informative about the park, the closures and where to go. We were able to hop on and off between the 2 stops that were open in the park and never had to wait much. I would use them again instead of the frustrating park shuttle to avoid the headache even though they are significantly pricier than the park shuttle.

Poorly Organized
Apr 2021 • Family
When your ready for your shuttle to pick you up to take you to your car is poorly done’ we waited about 1.5 hrs and was told at 4pm the shuttles will start every 15 mins. It takes take time to get to and from the park and parking , however the shuttles before was was still at the lot just sitting around. There was a lot of people and they could have headed back for the waiting hikers’

Great shuttle service !
Mar 2021 • Friends
This shuttle service saved my butt when all of Zion’s thousands of shuttle tickets sold out within the first minute or less... Was able to finally complete The Narrows hike. Driver was nice and made convo with all of us during the times we were waiting for others to board. Price is ok for a “private shuttle” instead of the park’s shuttle.

We were able to book a shuttle online at 11:30pm and be on the bus by 7:00am the next day. Saved us parking fees, avoided long lines and best of all-dropped off directly to our trailhead before the crowd. Totally worth it! Would definitely book again!
