The frontrunner is constantly late. They don't care that people have made this their main source of transportation to and from work. They take no responsibility for being late, they offer no discounted fair for being late. They also don't run on Sunday. Big surprise....More

While Auto drop-offs by a friend are cheaper if several are traveling, a solo fare is well under $10 to Utah County. The ride is fairly short, starts right at the south end of the first Terminal, but requires a single transfer at a well...More

No matter what day the train is always 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Making people stand outside in the elements waiting. It cost so much money to waste so much time. Once on the train they are overcrowded with rude people or junkies. Yesterday they had...More

I've used Front Runner many times, mostly to get from Orem to the Salt Lake airport. It has never let me down. The transfer at North Temple goes smoothly because Trax runs on time and there is a train every 20 minutes or so. Going...More

If I ever have to travel to Salt Lake for an event I use front runner! It is always on time, super easy, comfortable and clean! I like the group rate so if I'm taking friends or family it is a better deal to buy...More

it kind of surprises me that everyone doesn’t use the front runner to go places up in Salt Lake from Utah County. We have gotten used to driving everywhere because we don’t take the time to find out how easy it is to go on...More

Overall I have had a great experience riding the train. I can not stand however the inconsistency with the length of time the train is stationary at any given stop. I have literally watched a train pull into the station opened its doors and within...More

I decided to take the train back to Salt Lake City from Orem. The train runs every hour on Saturday and is smooth and quite and is very well kept. The Train attendant gave me directions to the Airport. Very Fast Train.

Given this a train that runs on a specific schedule, the times are convenient and the time to travel from SLC to the South end of the line is fast. The stations are clean and easy to navigate. And the price is low. Cars are...More
