25th Street in Ogden is a beautifully preserved historic district. Great places to eat, local brewery, and artsy, eclectic little shops. Lots of great street festivals there. I have found it very safe, even late at night. At one end of 25th Street is the beautiful railroad station museum....at the other end, the gorgeous mountains. What's not to like!!

This has got to be one of the coolest old streets with nostalgic shops along it that I have ever encountered. GREAT food places to eat, unique one of a kind mom and pop stores. The east end is more to my liking and I would not venture the streets at night.

We strolled down 25th street from our hotel and enjoyed the assortment of shops, restaurants and bars. It is charming and features some awesome neon signage.

This is a super attraction of Ogden and visitors can get a feeling of what the old west was like.. The business are in the "original" buildings when Ogden was a young bustling city.

Ogden's 25th street has a wild past and Ogden had the nickname of "Little Chicago" during prohibition since there was rumored opium dens, illegal alcohol distribution, prostitution, and other illegal activities. Some of these historic buildings may look familiar since they have appeared in Hollywood movies and TV shows. Today's 25th street is tame but it is interesting to stroll... More

Union Station is at the end of 25th street across Wall Blvd. Union Station has four museums that cost less than $6 a person for all four. The entertainment is primarily the community theater and a comedy club. There are a few shopping venues but most of the establishments are eateries. We walked the two main blocks during January so... you have to park your car and take a walk down 25th street , lots of little bistros , dinners and bars. It captures the historic district atmosphere and is a great evening entertainment.
