We have taken our kids many times here. We now take our grandkids and it has grown in size. They have also just recently painted many of the planes to look like they did back in the day. I love that they have an SR-71 Blackhawk and videos all about it.

This museum is a must for both history and aviation enthusiasts. The collection of aircraft covers the entire history of aviation. Visitors have a chance to see artifacts and planes representing pivotal moments in U.S. air power.

Excellent aircraft museum. It has many aircraft on display. You do not need a military ID to see the museum. If you like airplanes and their history, plan to stay the day.

This is a huge place, it has several planes from yesteryears, world war planes. Each exhibit has good description. There are some volunteers who will help you around the museum. Yes, it is free!!! Just a few seconds off the I-15 arterial Interstate highway, about 30 mins from Salt Lake City. Lots of Parking, places to eat, closeby. They have a... More

I was amazed at the sheer variety of aircraft shown in this museum. Outstanding displays, great audio/visual presentations, and wonderful staff of volunteers who are very knowledgeable about the aircraft. I especially enjoyed the rooms being divided up by era. The presidential planes were nice, and I particularly like the fact there is an area in the museum where you... More

This museum is fantastic! Hangers full of full sized planes and flying machinery. My son was in absolute heaven here. Learned so much about the Air Force in Utah's history and even got inside some of the Jets! Interactive, educational and fun. If you go in the winter bring a sweater or coat, the hangers are basic metal buildings with... More

The airplanes outside were perfect for the kids to run around and play around. When we went inside we were surprised they had Veteran volunteers to talk to anyone interested or with questions. They also had a cock pit open and with guidance the kids were able to sit in it!! I would recommend going here to anyone especially if... More

Impressive collection and it's still expanding and improving! Dramatic growth and improvement since the last time we were hear many years ago. The displays and signage in the main building are some of the best we've seen anywhere. Love the variety of aircraft and other related displays.
