Hill Aerospace Museum is located on approximately 30 acres of the northwest corner of Hill Air Force Base, five miles south of Ogden, Utah. The Museum, which opened in 1986, was founded in 1981 as a part of the United States Air Force Heritage Program. The Utah Museum hosted its four millionth visitor in the spring of 2014. More than 185,000 visitors, coming from every state and from many foreign countries, visited the museum last year. Not only does the Museum have close to 100 aircraft displayed in its two inside galleries and outside air park, it exhibits thousands of artifacts depicting the history of aviation of the United States Air Force, Hill Air Force Base and the State of Utah. Hill Aerospace Museum also has a STEM Education program housed in the Lt. General Marc C. Reynolds Aerospace Center for Education. FREE ADMISSION! FREE ADMISSION!

If you love airplanes like I and are in the area, I would go to this Museum. There is no charge for admission and there is like 5 Acres of facilities full of airplanes and displays.

This is such an amazing place. You can see the classical aircraft from WW2, Corean and Vietnan wars and learn a lot of hystory. Congratulations to the volunteer crew that maintain this place. This a place you cannot miss! Regards

My husband is an airplane fanatic, so this was a definite stop on our travels. It is very large with informative descriptions on the airplanes and other displays. There were no interactive activities for kids today, but both my oldest and youngest enjoyed it too....More

This museum is a great place to take the family to. So much to see. Planes outside and inside. Sometimes they have classss for the kids in their education rooms. There is a scavenger hunt you can print off for the older kids and adults....More

Yes they are. The static airplane displays outside can be viewed when the museum is closed.

Suggest rent a car and drive there. All other options are cumbersome or costly.
