My husband and I enjoyed a tour of Monument Valley with Duffy from Monument Valley Holiday Safari/Private Jeep Tours. Duffy shared his knowledge of the valley and much about his Navajo culture and history. He was a great guide! I would recommend Duffy.

No, you can't climb the buttes. They have a sunset tour, the roads are dirt and difficult to travel, even in daylight.
