Really enjoyed this half day tour (3 hours) with Sean as our guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions and offer a huge amount of history of the area and fascinating information about the Navajo people. Highly recommend this tour.

Oh yes. You are not required to get out at the various stops. I have a bad hip and had no problems. You probably go no more than 50 feet from the vehicle and the terrain is relatively flat.

We were there in May 2017. It was cold and a bit windy in the mornings and evenings; I needed a jacket and a hood but it warmed up during the day. I suggest wearing layers so you can adjust to the changing temperatures.
