I had a fairly unique request being that I frequent the area often and have been to many of archaeological sites. It was rather challenging to find a guide able to take me to some locations that are bit more difficult to get to and / or off the radar. Dallin and Wild Expeditions really came through with a 5 STAR day trip and a convenient trailhead shuttle. I had a more complex request and everything went AWESOME. These are definitely the guys to talk to if you are in the area

Had a great raft float on the San Juan River with Raquel...we were on a girl's trip to the Bear's Ears area and decided on a raft rather then kayaks. We were so glad we did as we had narration and discussion with Raquel throughout the entire trip. She had such great insight into the history and culture of the area due to her Native American background. She discussed the Kachina Petroglyph Panel in detail and allowed plenty of time to appreciate the expansive rock art and take photos.
We proceeded to our second stop near River House Ruin, where we were met by Elle. She had lunch and chairs waiting and we ate along the river. The sunny blue skies suddenly looked ominous and we had to cut our time short at River House due to threat of flooding in the washes that we needed to cross to exit the area. Elle took control and drove that Hummer like a pro, for a bumpy, fun ride through red rock and sand! We did not encounter any problems getting back to civilization, and so with the extra time they took us to see more petroglyphs on Sand Island.
Overall the excursion was fun, varied, and professional. Thanks Raquel & Elle!!

We did the half day kayak trip on the San Juan. Very professional operation. Our guide Levi was extremely competent and made us quickly feel comfortable paddling our own kayaks. We were total novices and he taught us the does and don’ts, pointing out Canadian Snow geese with their young, and other entertaining stories along the way. He left it up to us when we needed breaks, etc. we would highly recommend.

My wife and I went on a 3 day river expedition and had a fantastic time!! The 3 trip leaders (Wes, Levi and Kari) were exceptionally knowledgeable in the terrain and area history. The food was excellent and they managed the dietary needs of a vegan and gluten free guest without any concerns. It was impressive to see the three guides working so cohesively on the river and for setting up camps. Seeing the petroglyphs was absolutely incredible and we learned an incredible amount about the areas history. We rented the company tents, pad and sleeping bags - we were pleasantly surprised how clean and new the gear looked. Highly recommend for any age (we had very young kids in our group, and we are both older and retired).

We did the 4 by 4 van of Bear Ears national park which was beautiful, we got out and did a few hikes which were moderate but you did have to if you didn't want to, you could just take photos outside the van .That same night we did the Valley of the God's sunset tour and after begging we went out in the hummer, so much better. This tour is a must do if you're in Bluff, Utah I actually liked it more than Monument Valley. Our guides (I think the names are correct) were Levi and Hannah were great. We got out of the hummer various times, it was breath takingly beautiful and the hummer was tons better than sitting in an air conditioned van, you could really experience the beauty of the place. Again I want to thank our wonderful guides we had a lovey day.

The River House UTV tour was so worth it! Kari is an outstanding guide! She is knowledgeable and personable, and took us on an amazing experience. We loved seeing the cliff dwelling and petroglyphs up close. Definitely recommend!

This is an outstanding outfitter with seasoned and knowledgeable guides who know archeology, the terrain and history, plus keeping you safe and entertained! We did several days with them. One on San Juan river which is gorgeous on kayaks and one exploring ancient cliff dwellings in Bears Ears. If you have a chance do it! They are located right at the beautiful resort called Bluff Dwellings, a native enclave in the rocks!

This was our first trip to Bears Ears National Monument. We wanted to book a guided hike to help us learn more about this incredible place and the people who occupied it. Jenson was our guide and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this young man. His kindness and patience were off the charts as we hiked to the sites. His knowledge was exceptional and he generously passed that on to us. He has a passion for the land and the ancients who came before us. We are so grateful he shared his knowledge and kind spirit with us. I strongly suggest a guided tour from Wild Expeditions.

My wife and I took two tours with this company. We did the "Introduction to Bears Ears" and the "Valley of the Gods Sunset Tour". Our guide for both tours was Carlie, who was exceptional and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Wild Expeditions and Carlie for any Bears Ears touring.
