One of a kind. You don't expect to see water lilies in this part of Texas, so you will be facinated by the beauty. This is a place the Monarch butterflies stop on their migration.

Visit this beautiful water garden every time I'm in San Angelo! They have some water lilies that are over three feet in diameter and I have never seen a better display of water lilies than in San Angelo!

Beautiful and educational. There are benches placed thought out the gardens for those would need to stop and rest from time to time. A beautiful place for photos. Water lillies from around the world.

If you've never been to a water Lilly garden, You should go! San Angelo's is one of the best in the world, apparently. They have won many Lilly awards over the years. It's a very relaxing and interesting outing. You can hang out and really slow down for a bit. I love stopping by there.

This was an unexpected surprise. It was a lovely short walk around the collection of amazing water lilies. We were there late in the afternoon and the sun and shadows provided an amazing display. I had never seen lily pads as large as the ones in one display. The colors were vibrant on all the flowers. Spend a little time... More

This place really has that "something". Very nice walk and great way to spend your day off or the evening. It is well kept and clean, a must if you swing by good old San Angelo.

One of the best events in San Angelo. The lilies are so beautiful they take your breath away. Everyone was so friendly, and we even got to meet the Mayor.

Attended with members of Western Hills Garden Club. Heard report of future plans for the Civic League Park. Excellent place for picnics, strolling, or just enjoying being outdoors.

I love this park! I like going there alone and sitting quietly, with friends, with my husband for a simple quiet date, or with kids to explore the wonders of creation. It truly is one of San Angelo's treasures. We are fortunate to have such a place.
