Hometown Feel and Great Brews
Dec 2019
It's worth the drive if you're from the city and looking for an authentic small town community feel on a Friday night. There's local live music and groups of friends of all ages. Because it's a little ways from where we live, we feel like we're on vacation for the evening & able to forget about the pressures of the week & get away from it all. It's not like a fancy hipster brewery, so if that's your style you might want to stay in Uptown, but if you want an authentic hometown atmosphere, friendly service and creative craft brews, this is the place to check out!

Great Little Brewery in the Middle of Town
May 2019
My sister and I went here during a storm. We were camping at the Caddo Lake State Park near by. We sat at bar stools looking out the front window and watched the storm blow in and also people watched as we drank our beer and ate the popcorn they gave us. We got the sampler board so we could sample different kinds. It was a lot of fun.

Amazing small brewery!

Only thing better than the beer is the customer service! All the beers are flavorful and smooth! Whether you are passing by on a trip or in town, make sure you get some of this amazing beer!

I kept hearing of this place and wanting to try it. I have drank craft beer from being all over the United States working and some was good and others made you scratch your head on how they could make something so horrible. Now after driving to this place, parking is plenty you may have to walk a small block, I go in and its busy, people playing card, dominoes & eating food that local resraunts or pizza places delivere. Staff is friendly, had a local playing a guitar singing some popular cover songs, 70's 80's
90's era. The beer...damn it is so good, i tried 3 diffrent ones. I was not dissapointed and they serve them in diffrent glasses because of the type beer. It was so good from the first taste to the last taste on your taste buds. ..just wow...locals are friendly and will talk to you. This is worth a visit you will not be dissapointed...

Wonderful taproom in Royse City
Sep 2018 • Friends
What a great place. Royse City Main Street is a cool place all by itself. The brick sidewalks and old buildings look nice. The brewery is located in a dark red brick building. The town was established in 1891, and the building looks like it's been around for a very long time. A perfect place for a micro brewery.

Inside, the small place is cozy and inviting. The tables are made out distressed wood. The flooring is aged sealed cement, while the bar has corrugated metal. I love the look and feel.

Employees here are top notch. I don't know if they are owners or employees, but they were happy, engaged and more than willing to talk about the beers. I love small breweries for that single fact alone. I always like the beer more when I hear the tone in their voice about the flavors, taste and effort.

There were 14 beers on tap ranging from blondes, hefeweizen and pilsners to IPA, porters and stouts. It's a great breadth of offering that should appeal to a wider audience of beer drinkers. Five ounce flights are available. Awesome place!!!!
