Before my son's science field trip, I'd never heard of UTMSI. I'm so glad we experienced the Marine Science Center and happy the University of Texas is associated with such a great program. Hook 'em horns!

Easy to get to you to and through, you must stop and see the exhibits, especially if it is a rainy day

Went for the Whooping Crane festival and really has a blast. This facility was used for all presentations. Nice. Go here.

Some nice story boards explain what they do. A few aquariums with a few fish in each. And a couple real and large whale bones. If it's a rainy day then check it out

Not certain, you want to Google on that. I'd call and ask about the tour as that's only certain days, certain time.
