Great place for a quick hike and family time

Great playground for all ages. Good spot for a quick or a long walk. Nice all year round, you can see different things each time.

Arbor Hills is extremely well done. In addition to plenty of paved paths, there are lots of trails through woods and fields. It actually has some topography, which is rare in north Texas. It is a great place to exercise, picnic, dog walk, etc. Can get a bit crowded, especially on nice weekends.

This is one of me and my daughters favorite places in plano!! It's beautiful the nature walks are so natural. I advice anyone to go, go solo, as a couple's walk with your children or pets ...absolutely !!!

This is a great urban oasis of sorts...nice trails both concrete and dirt paths to choose from. The restrooms were disgusting and the smell of urine was overwhelming but the park itself is a great place to get outside and not feel like you are in the middle of a city!

Arbor Hills is a great place for a hike, picnic or Geocaching adventure. City of Plano has done great job of providing a unique experience for all ages. Paved trails for walking, biking or roller blading. Even has rugged hiking trails for the adventurous. Cool playground for the younger kids and great pavilions that include fireplaces. Our boys have enjoyed... More

This is my preferred park to run, walk or enjoy the nature. It is a beautiful and quiet place. There is free parking, there are natural trails, bike trails, and a wonderful view.

We enjoy going to arbor hills. If it were closer we'd go more often. I like that you're rather secluded but still in the city proper. Depending upon when you go it can be busy at times making it difficult to ride bikes. There is an off-road part for bikes to the left of the park as you face it... More

For a long time I would go along the concrete path for exercise and nature. Now, I go along the creek trails with my four year old and love all the sounds and nature! She gets her feet wet and skips rocks. It's an awesome place to unplug and take a breath of fresh air! :)

Prior to the end of daylight savings I've been walking with a friend for fitness at the Preserve. The main loop is about 1.3 miles from the parking lot and back. There are several options off the main loop to add mileage, increase inclines and even off path trails that create variance for walking, running and biking. Lots of wedding... More
