The petting zoo was so cute, all miniature animals like cows, donkeys, and even silky chickens. My kids loved that the best. Take your animal food on the train around the park, we left it behind with our stroller, and animals wanted to eat! You...More

This is a wonderful petting zoo. Even the animals that are kept fenced up, kangaroos, snakes, sloths, lemures, are brought out for talk times and can be gently pet. There is a train ride included with your entry where you can feed camels, zebras, etc....More

We visited on last minute trip and loved it. It was very reasonably priced. All of our kids enjoyed seeing and feeding the animals. We will definitely go back!!!

Great for a preschool field trip! No walking around and around like the zoo and not crowded either. They have unusual animals such as kangaroos and camels. The tram ride to see the horses, zebras and camels was really fun. 2.5 hours for $8/person was...More

All types of animals are seen here. Some of them are very unusual. There is also a restaurant attached to it called the Bears Den where they feed the bears in a compound just off of the patio of the restaurant.

We love going to Sharkarosa - it's fun, educational, and entertaining. Great staff, great mission as an animal rescue, and yet also a great place to bring the kids for half a day.

Yes, just skip the presentations in the pavilion area that are on snakes. Catch the meet and greet on lemurs, instead of the ones on snakes or reptiles.
