Neighborhood lake

Visiting Lake Pflugerville was a nice experience in that it is family oriented. I enjoyed the trail path around the lake and the areas set up for bbqs. Nice and close by.

Our family took our 2 little dogs for a walk part way around the lake- it's 3 miles in total. It was flat and easy to walk on the path. Even my hubby who has very limited mobility enjoyed it. There are also benches sprinkles around. On one side is a little beach and restrooms. Several parking areas have port-a-potties.... More

This small man made lake is nice to fish, swim, jog or bike around. Weekends seem crowed but fun. If you're in the area and looking for a body of water experience stop by and check it out.

"Lake" Pflugerville?? I didn't expect much, so I couldn't be too disappointed. But seriously...it should be renamed Pflugerville Pond ☹️

What Lake Pflugerville might lack in scenic beauty, it offers so much else in return. Great for everyone whether you're a family, or just solo wanting to get in some exercise. Bonds have supposedly been passed to really play up all the area has to offer.

I have been to Lake Pflugerville a few of times. Some times just to get some exercise walking around the lake on the trail, some times with a fishing pole to fish from the shore. Although I did not catch anything I got some good practice casting with the new casting reel.

Lake Pflugerville makes us water independent. The hike and bike trail is a good walk, but is flat and often WINDY. Not much parking and can be crowded on weekends, and the landscaping is immature at best. In 20-30 years, this may be a great place to spend some time. I've never fished it, but my students do all the... More

I am not even sure why this is called a lake, because it is really a big pond. A big pond with weird stuff floating in it and it is not very pleasant to look at. Really a blah experience.
