Great observation point

Great place to go when the river is at or above flood stage. Good railing in place but keep an eye on the kids if they are climbers.

The bridge itself is very nice and if you are on the Faust street east side there are dirt paths under the bridge where you can walk down to the Guadalupe River and walk on the rocks or actually jump in the river. Biggest headache is parking. On the East Faust street side of the bridge, all street parking requires... More

This bridge dates back to the 1800's and is worth the stop. You can walk across this bridge & the views are beautiful. Small parking area.

This is a very beautiful bridge overlooking a river. I really enjoyed that the bottom was a wooden walkway. There's benches on the bridge and there's access to the river at the edge of the bridge. It would of made a nice picnic stop if we weren't just passing by to the drive-in theater.

It is a peaceful restored walk over bridge high above the Guadalupe River next to where the mill ran for many years. It was once used as the main street into town. Some days you will see young people below walking across the dam and other days couples get married on the bridge. There are always turtles and birds to... More

This beautiful old restored bridge was originally the only route across the Guadalupe River between Austin and Texas. It has been restored beautifully and gives a wonderful view of the river.

This bridge has been restored to a beautiful walking bridge over the Guadalupe river. Great place to walk, have a photo shoot, or even a wedding!

with parking on either end of the Faust Bridge access is quite easy. Enjoy walking out to the middle and looking down into the clear water to spot turtles or fish. Relax on the bridge seats and enjoy the breeze and sound of the rushing water spilling over the dam. Truly a relaxing experience

It's a pretty short bridge, but the view is beautiful, definitely worth the visit. There's plenty of benches, good spot for lunch and picture taking.

We all enjoyed the picnic lunch at the Faust Street Bridge, the girls got to walk across the bridge, and even got their feet wet on the Guadalupe River
