Schlitterbahn will always be crowded but it's absolutely one thing we always do in the summer. There is something for everyone. Our kids like it more than DisneyLand. If you can go midweek the crowds won't be as bad. You can bring your own picnic...More

If the only water parks you have been to are regular water parks, do yourself a favour and go to Schlitterbahn. Each of the many "lazy rivers" is unique and full of character. You don't even have to line up for slides or other attractions...More

Absolutely loved this water park! So many options for different tastes. Fast rides or lazy rides. We had a wonderful time! You can bring your own food or there are lots of vendors available. But NOT GLUTEN FREE options.

I took my 2 boys for a day at the "worlds best waterpark." Had no expectations other than to be amazed. There was a couple nice parts, but the park is riddled with issues. There was no order to the layout and horrible markings for...More

We bought Platinum season passes which claim to include resort discounts, but they are very misleading. Booking a room at the resort is REALLY expensive because it includes waterpark tickets for everyone. If you have a season pass, they will only 'discount' your package room...More

My kids and I take an annual 2 day trip to Schlitterbahn New Braunfels and we love it. We go for 2 days, so we can spend 1 day at each section. We literally open the place up at 10 and leave when it closes...More

Expensive, especially with a family with young children. Previously brought family and they enjoyed playing in the coral river behind the park rather than experiencing the park.

A great place to visit during the week, I also went on the weekend and had to wait too long for rides. Saved money by bringing your snacks and food. Friendly place and felt safe.

There many tuber buses and trucks to take you to and from your excellent experience on all of the water fun... The climb up the towers and the cooling, wet ride down the water shoots.. I believe it is the most clean fun you can...More

The lockers fit our beach bag... Not much more. We had to squish an extra towel in it... We have left souvenir cups on the tables and they weren't messed with, but of course that would just depend on who is there that day... More
