A sandy beach with shallow waters. Nicely backed by greenery and the promenade. Was crowded most days, especially weekends.
Toilets although those nearest the marina were always closed.
Cleaned daily. As extensive has football posts/volleyball nets. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas to hire.

Beautiful beach, easy to access and not too busy. Showers available.
Sunbeds and parasols were 6 euros a day and very comfy.
Sea was lovely in the morning - sometimes churned up a bit in the afternoon.
Great selection of beach bars as you access the beach.

The Costa Del Sol is justifiably famous for its great beaches, Malapesquera Beach is a beach we always enjoy visiting.
A long expanse of sand ,pristine sand , the waves here are gentle and along the seafront are all manner of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants, its most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning to visit Benalmádena.

This 700-meter long beach is located just to the west of Puerto Marina about a ten-minute walk from Benalmadena's center and adjacent to Santa Ana Beach.

The fishermen have given the name of the beach. Malapesquera means bad fishing. Only a few fish can be caught there.

This lively area has many hotels, restaurants, and bars. The seafront promenade is a pleasant place to walk.

Work to replace the boardwalks and toilets etc is still on going. Hopefully they will complete it over the winter but seems slow and a number of boardwalks are not safe.
Otherwise a nice clean beach and safe for swimming.

We have been regular visitors over the years, they have done a lot of improvements they have taken the wall away and replaced it with railings which are modernised. Lots of bars and cafes, fish restaurants, plenty of seating. We love to walk along the sand and plodge in the sea. You can hire the sun beds and parasols. Or take your own chairs etc.

Great beach to go if you're in Benalmadena. It's comfortable and well-equipped and what we liked the most that it's wide, so when sitting on the shore you're a bit far from the city and the promenade. The shore is also slightly sloping, with very few stones underwater which was also very nice for us. And the beach has a great view especially in the night not interrupted by the lights from the promenade.
