Not worth the money, maximum 1 hour spent in there for approx £20. Filming going on and struggled to get round with a pram. Lift doesn’t go to one floor and there is a serious lack of toilets/baby change.

Like others have stated it’s a little pricy for the size of it. Our kids are young so didn’t stand at anything too long so we were through in an hour. But they loved what they saw; they enjoyed looking in the tanks and seeing all the different fish, sharks, jellyfish, turtle, sea horses and they were satisfied when they found Dory and Nemo.

It’s not something you’d do on a regular basis but it was still worth it for us to entertain the kids for an activity. And we used the rest of the afternoon to look at the marina and beach on that end of town.

Over priced for the little size in comparison to other sea life’s and taking in consideration that I have been in a lot of other sea life’s around the world. This is very little and you pay too much foe a very quick visit.

This is why in McDonald’s they are giving vouches of 6 euros to visit, because nobody want to waste money with a very quick visit in a little place.

Would be 3.5 but no option.
We spent 1 hour 15 mins here on a soaking wet day in Benalmedena so there was a huge queue to get in. There was no one managing the queue so people were just being very cheeky and walking straight to the front and pushing in. We had pre paid tickets but no option but to wait in general ticket sales queue. Would of benefitted from someone asking if there were any pre paid to lessen the queue time?
Anyway. I've been to a lot of uk sealife centres and it's pretty much like all others, my partners daughter was given a treasure hunt to do on the way in which she enjoyed doing and my partner really liked the app which identified the fish and species as you took pictures of them.
There was a touch pool well managed and the kids appeared to be enjoying the bioluminescent part of the experience.
The tunnel was great, you did feel rushed due to it's size and the amount of people wanting to get through.
Lot's of inconsiderate people leaving prams double parked blocking other people from seeing windows up close of some of the best bits, the various windows around the tunnel and main tank with the turtle and sharks are good to see the sealife better.
The otters are on the top floor by the cafe bar so unsure why others missed this part but in nice weather it would be a great place to have a drink and see the beach, but it was absolutely pouring down. There is a toilet at the top by the cafe bar so you don't have to go back to the bottom to go.
All in all it was a 3.5 due to the price to get in and time spent. We really like finding out information from signs etc as to the species but can understand if others just want to walk through it would be a considerably less time spent there than our 1 hour 15 mins.
The shop has a mix of overpriced soft toys and reasonably priced sealife merchandise.
We overall enjoyed the time spent there but the price was way too expensive. Think you can get cheaper tickets if you look out for leaflets in shops etc.

The kids liked it (but they like everything..) but as a whole the experience was claustrophobic. It’s very dark and narrow. We went on a rainy Sunday so it was very very busy. The price is NOT worth it!

Don’t waste your money!! Dirty glass, my fish tank at home was cleaner. Very unkept, takes literally 5 minutes to walk round. No otters as advertised. Just awful & only went in because it was raining. Please don’t waste your money.

This aquarium is not cheap to visit yet is pretty small with poor facilities - not enough toilets and the "cafe" is a semi outdoor shack with 3 tables in it. We enjoyed what we saw in terms of sea life (didn't see any otters though - no idea where they were) but the place was so full that it was hard to get a proper look at things. We only went because the weather was awful and we needed something to do but otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

This is a total rip off you are in and out in 20mins and for 3 persons was just over 55 euros, it is small and very little to see and do, we decided to go to Selwo Marina not far away and is far superior and lots of interaction with animals Dolphins, Parrots, sea lions etc, and was cheaper

Pretty disappointing really. I've been to quite a few Sea Life Centres up and down the UK and this has to be the smallest I've been to yet. The whole experience lasted less than an hour. What was there was pleasant enough but really wasn't enough. The feature "sea at night" was pretty cool however no animals were on display, just pyrotechnics. The otter enclosure was way too small to see the otters being fed (we went out of season so was very quiet) and still couldn't get close enough to see anything. The only open enclosure was at the very start of the tour and again very small. Only other amenities were mini golf which was an additional fee. Nowhere to sit and have/purchase food or drink. The only toilet facilities were in the gift shop at the very start of the tour, meaning you had to go back through to the entrance no matter how far around the tour you were. We could not download the app to accompany the tour as we couldn't get any phone signal. This would not be an activity to keep the family entertained for hours and feel it's very overpriced in terms of value for money. In the peak season it would be too busy to enjoy most of the aquarium and too cramped. We paid 18 euro each. Go on a boat trip and get value for money. Wouldn't return unfortunately.
