This mosaic of different destinations offers a multitude of different ambiances and atmospheres that also reflect the changing architectural styles of winter sports resorts since 1961. Most of La Plagne’s villages were designed by architect Michel Bezançon.La Plagne is part of the Paradiski area and therefore is one of the large ski resorts and is also a family-friendly resort with adapted package offers.

Something for everyone here.....plenty of varied slopes in a large area with the opportunity to visit Les Arcs, although getting there form Aime 2000 is a trek that does not allow much time there - better to stay in Les Coches if you want to...More

I found the resort goidcwirh lots of different ski areas. We were only here for a few days so hard to explore the vast ski resort. My only thing was the long tiring access to the bubble as it is on the flat.. .

Can’t fault La Plagne for brits who enjoy wide predictable pistes. We really enjoyed exploring the ski area. Not the prettiest but great to get mikes under your feet and improve technique.

La Plagne is good for all levels of skier, with most of the runs being classed as blue, but beware, some 'blues' are more like 'red'! Apres Ski is decent, the town seems a bit disjointed and there are a few different town 'centres', but...More

A friend of mine has just come back from Les 2 Alpes and the pistes closed for a day there and he received an approx 35euro refund from the resort on the day, so I think so?
