The Dockyard Company LTD. A Bermuda company, has been in operation for over 16 years. We had simple beginnings as a small glass studio with a passion for the Arts. We have grown into a larger Studio, training apprentices in the Traditional Venetian Style Glassblowing of our Glass Maestros in Classic Blown and Hand-Worked collectibles. Soon after opening, The Dockyard Company Ltd; The Bermuda Rumcake Company, started producing locally made Rumcakes and also increased further support of other individual artists in different fields across Bermuda.

We were there when there was no one doing a glassblowing Demo. So for us, this was just a store. One with beautiful glass pieces, drinks and rum cake for sale, but without much air conditioning and thus a very hot store.

While in Bermuda, I purchased a beautiful turquoise vase from the Dockyard Glassworks that I simply love. It will always remind me of my 25th wedding anniversary vacation in Bermuda. Great souvenirs here!

My 10 year old daughter took a class in glass fusing from Heidi. She allowed my daughter to safely work with glass and made 2 pendants that she treasures. The experience was one of the highlights of our time in Bermuda.

Absolutely stunning art. Being able to watch the pieces being made was enthralling! The pieces were moderately priced, all pieces were beautiful. Our purchase also came with information about the artist!
