It can be busy during the weekend to find a parking spot so might need to park lower down the road. The views towards El Escorial are amazing. We picknicked under the shade of the trees. Highly recommended.

It's a place to admire sierra Guadarrama & El Escorial landscapes there are some bars and restaurants very close, they offer some sandwiches, and drinks. The importance of the place is that you can see El Escorial or even Madrid from a very special place.
