If you want a knowledgeable and professional guide look no further! We had a wonderful day birding Tikal and learning about the history of the site. Vinicio grew up in the area so his knowledge of and ability to find local species is fantastic. Vinicio also has a degree in archeology, so his knowledge of the Tikal site is also extensive. Combine all that with an easy going and friendly personality plus perfect English and you have the perfect guide for either birding Tikal or touring the archeological site (or both!). We were a 50 y/o couple at the end of a two week trip (so very tired). Vinicio was attentive to our need to take breaks and get off our feet. He would also be a wonderful guide for a family with kids of any age.…
