This is worth a visit if you are in the area. Nice statue of Buddy Holly and the walk of fame reminds you that he is not the only famous person from Lubbock. Area is well kept and opposite from the Buddy Holly museum so...More

Nice statue, ideal for a photo opportunity. Bonus is it's free. There is also a wall of fame. On Buddy Holly Avenue his song titles are in the bricks on the pavement

Did not realized how many artists came from Lubbock. Lot of fun reading through names. Buddy Holly statue was great spot to take pictures. Very informative.

Statue of buddy and a handful of celebrities from the Lubbock area. It's free to see and we'll kept so if your in the depot it doesn't cost anything to spend a moment learning about Lubbock area greats.

Very nice museum of Buddy Holly. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed seeing his first electric guitar, knowing I used to own a few of the same 45s he owned. Saw the pair of iconic glasses he was wearing when the plane crashed. Interesting short historical...More

Loving making pit stops to see interesting sites within towns/cities that I visit. This is certainly a must see if you are in the area.

If your a music lover or not, the West Texas Walk of Fame is a really nice place to see who's made it on the wall. The area is well cared for and maintained with great lighting in the evenings. Come and see this place....More
