Very nice park and statue honoring Lubbock's native son. We visited during the day and saw it had numerous spotlights so we came back after dark. Stunning!

Music lives on. Many featured performers from the past 75 years. Around the Buddy Holly statue are plaques honouring performers who came out of West Texas. Many of them will surprise you.
