Multiple access points to it (long enough and enough access to it so that it is almost never crowded), two dog parks, almost all of it set in a wooded area, all paved, wide, some points of information along the way, and exercise equipment along the way.

It was nice to get out in what looks like wilderness area this close to home. We only walked about two miles of the trail, but it was convenient and relaxing. Kudos to the city for creating this series of trails.

at the north end of the trail there are two fantastic dog parks. So great place to take your fur baby and yourself for a little exercise. Path also allows bicycles and skaters.

Took my scouts down this trail a while back. We had a good walk and talked over the variety of plants and trees we saw. Even had some tiny wildlife to chat about.

Paul Boorman Trail is a great trail to walk along, run, or ride a bike on. It is a wide trail and you can walk on it while someone is riding a bike. People are friendly as you walk on this trail. They also have a few exercise places to stop at. It has a picnic table and there is a park for children to play in. It also has a dog park if you want to bring your "best friend" with you.

This is a great trail to walk along. It has different things to stop and use such as a pull up bar. I love walking on this trail with my husband and my dog. It is a nice trail and a well used trail. It has restrooms and also has poo bags for your dog to keep the trail clean. You can walk, ride a bike, jog and just enjoy the scenery. I love it!

I found this trail online while searching for things to do in Longview. We were there for the Balloon Festival and needed an activity where we could get our dog out of the hotel for some activity. This trail was great. It welcomes bikers, hikers, joggers, and even parents with strollers. It's wide and shady. There are workout stations scattered along the trail for those wanting a "circuit" training experience. the best part was that I didn't feel like I was in the city at all. The trail is nestled among mature trees and we even spotted a deer while walking. There is a creek that you cross if you travel the whole length. You need to check this out if you are in the area.

This is a very nice trail for walking, jogging, and kids cycling, however I don't like adult cycling on the trail because of the danger to kids and slower moving walkers. The trail is wide and flat, so there no danger of tripping over uneven surfaces like other trails in town. A majority of the trail is shaded, so even on sunny days it is a pleasant walk. There are several exercise stations along the trail, as well as several dog parks for our furry friends. The only drawback to the trail is that it is built in a flood zone, and is often under water in many spots after hard rains.
