Solar showers are great! Pick one up at any sporting goods retailer. Just get away from the water before lathering up.

I was just out there last month. No reservations required, but beware, summer weekends and holidays can get crowded.

I've been there when they do, and also when they only allow charcoal fires. Depends on the fire danger level. I wouldn't build anything big there though at any time, given the dry climate.
