D’s museum is very interesting outside because you can take pictures of the old houses that are part of this Huntsville history, if you visit the inside of the museum you can learn a lot about the history of Houston about the history of Texas...More

This is an interesting museum really divided into two parts – inside and outside. The inside has three sections, looking at the life of Houston before he came to Texas, a portion during the Mexican War and early nationhood, and after absorption into the USA....More

Really enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing the museum. Sam Houston was an extremely interesting historical figure.
