H.E.A.R.T.S. has separate rooms for each branch and walks through most eras beautifully. For those that are not local, they also double as the county's storm shelter. They also periodically hold special events from time to time.

Something here for every era of American. I especially liked the WWII and Vietnam Nan exhibits. We need places like this to respect and honor our vets.

They have individual rooms for Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy and Coast Guard. Each room tells the history of the different wars. They have items that were used in some wars but no longer used. There is a lot of history there.l

This is a great little military museum with lots of memorabilia and interesting exhibits. I actually learned quite a bit from reading the informational documents on the walls. It doesn’t take long to go through and costs $8.00 per adult. It is worth it.

Amazing place full of local military history. Things continue to be added as families give their personal military stories, pictures, medals etc. Local volunteers are veterans and so personal stories and infirmation given which brings the displays alive. We met Wayne (B52 co-pilot Vietnam) and...More

Place is next to the DPS office, has some history and some war vehicles onsite including helicopters used when world war but unless you are a veteran or you love history i think it is boring and tired.

Strongly suggest this stop. It provides a history from various eras of military engagement. It reminds one again of the sacrifices made by our men and women in uniform.

A nice local tribute to freedom fighters starting with the Revolutionary War until today. Many of the families contributed memorabilia of the service person. We were pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive it was.

I'm not sure I remember correctly, but I THINK it was about $8. My husband got in free because he's veteran.
