This is a must see attraction if you are in the Houston area. We took an Uber from the Royal Sonesta (Uptown) cost around $35 each way. Allow yourself plenty time when visiting here as there is so much to see and do. We thought 3 hours would be enough but ended up staying almost six! As well as being... More

We recently returned from a day trip from the space center...Boy, what a fun day. The space center is huge, you won't get to see 90% unless you go in a tram tour, which i recommend. We chose the tram tour with the original control room tour, this was fantastic! I got to sit in the room which helped guide... More

For a tour of a few office building parking lots and a voiceover that is not audible, this is overpriced. There is a show that deserves a mention called life in space. Kids are sure to like the rocket.

Had a lot of neat things but so busy. Took an hour in line for tram since we didn't have timed tickets. Should have only time tickets for tram so you don't waste so much time waiting in line. I could have spent that time going through the center instead of waiting in a long line and then having those... More

There is a shuttle on top of a plane outside the Space Center which is very cool, the only one in the US. As soon as you walk into the building it is utter chaos. None of the exhibits seem to be sectioned off, just a lot of people running here and there. If you get an advanced ticket for... More

Visited Spring Break of 2017 with our 8 and 11 year old kids. Overall well done and a good value, it's easy to get in and out - the tour is very easy via the tram and exhibits in good shape.

We started the afternoon with the last tram tour at 3 pm. The tour was nice. It has been many years since I took this tour. It was neat to see astronauts and scientists doing work. We could any see a star wars Helmut amongst the real gear. The shuttle mockup on the 747 was quite interesting. I learned quite... More

It was really nice to see the space center. I visited in oct, there was hardly a line, not even for the tram tour. Even if you are not a hugh fan of space things, it is worth it to visit this place.

The Center concentrates on previous space programs with some information about future exploration. Be sure to watch the video in the main building, especially if you are too young to remember the entire space program. Take both tram tours if you can. If not, take the tour that goes to the control room and the Saturn 5 rocket building. Amazing... More
