I've lived around the corner from this for years and finally visited it today. Climbing on the 747 and shuttle was impressive. Tons of interesting exhibits and a great tour of NASA.

The center is unique place. I recommend to visit if you're passionate about cosmos. There are a lot of interesting things to see about life of astronauts. Must see place when you visit Houston.

The space center is pretty neat. I'm hard to please when it comes to touristy things to do. I guess I'm spoiled having grown up outside Washington DC where all the great Smithsonian museums are awesome and free, but this wasn't bad at all. The Saturn V rocket was very cool, and so was the space shuttle. I had a... More

Space the final frontier, here you will the voices of the starship enterprise and go places where no man has gone before. Definitely one of my favorite places here in Houston, the museum did a fabulous job and just makes you wonder are we alone out there. We have come so far with technology.

My husband and I came to Houston just to see the space center. We loved it. Definitely do the tram tour and then walk outside to walk in the space shuttle! They had so many different things going on inside there was almost no way to see them all even in a full day! We really enjoyed learning more about... More

If you love the space program, you'll definitely want to visit Space Center Houston. The facility includes a historical museum section with numerous artifacts and capsules from the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, and Apollo-Soyuz Programs. There is even a lunar rock sample that you can touch. In addition, there are multiple displays related to the International Space Station, but most... More

Spent all day at the space centre. Pay for parking and around 30dollors for entrance. But well worth it . The train and visits around site takes 2hrs. The guides are exellient very well informed. Plenty for children to see and learn.

You can't visit Houston without checking out the Space Centre! We drove from central Houston and had no trouble getting there on Houston's excellent freeway network. The Space Centre is huge with lots of interesting exhibits. The tram ride was excellent, with a visit to the original Mission Control Room the highlight of our day. I couldn't help but think...
