Beautiful setting. Great place for walks. The mosquito will eat you alive so take spray and watch for snakes, it is a natural setting.

Another favorite of my granddaughter she asks to go there. She just enjoys going out to the park, I don't think she gets to go to a park often. It is free and normally well maintained, the wooden bridges are great. We usually go about...More

Great place to take your dog for a walk. You must have a "K" sticker on your car to use the parking area, as this is a private park for Kingwood residents... Don't know if they actually tow though. Have been going there for years...More

Never a boring walk. Birds, deer and squirrels pop up frequently. The river is always changing. Nice peaceful walk. Do it daily!

This is a nice park with lots of trails and areas for fishing on the lake. This is not a park so much for small kids, though, as it does not have any play area.

If you are a birder, this park, especially in the spring is a great place to visit. Paths are well marked and there are some raised wood walkways. Dogs welcome.
