What a beautiful campus! Great architecture and walking paths. Plenty of mature trees to find a place to read or eat. It's in the heart of many activities. Great place for a photo shoot too.

Rice University has a beautiful, interesting campus. Fun to walk around with a variety of architecture. Made us wish we had known about it when we were in college!

We took photos here. A mix of old/classic style and new buildings with pretty tree lined streets. There is an old campus underground bar not to miss.

This university is exceptional, and the campus tour was excellent! The style is called "Gulf Venetian" and I think that fits. Outstanding academic institution!

If you have 20 minutes or 3 hours, check this campus out! It's beautiful and vast, and located near Rice Village - a cute neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The trees on campus are amazing.

Although I'm not a student myself, I love to come out and ride along the beautiful streets of the campus. Everyone is always pleasant to ride with and I thoroughly enjoy chatting with other students from all over the world. They have a wonderful cafe and coffee shop which is also a nice bonus!

As we are starting the college tours with our daughter, Rice has been included in the places to visit. Beautiful campus - reminded all of us of college campuses back east near Boston. Tree-lined streets to provide shade, not too large, close to the Hermann Park, the Metro bus line, and the Medical Center. Worth a look/visit if smaller colleges... More

This is one of the most quiet places in Houston where you can be surrounded by nature and get a nap without hearing the sound of cars. You'll always see people training in the fields that it has. I personally went there to take film with my drone, but when I found out I needed a special permit to do... More
