Interesting short paragraph synopsis of his circumstances and death is definitely worth reading. Makes you want to learn more . But more interesting is this Giddings City Cemetery as a whole for its history and documentation ( through markers and generations of families buried together)...More

We have some of our folks buried at the Giddings Cemetery. Since we were there, we decided to follow the signs and arrows to his grave. The historical marker gave a good description of his life. Longley was one outlaw that repented which was good...More
