There are just two short films of relatively low quality, and , of course, a gift shop. No artifacts, photos or other displays of the horrendous storm.

Film about the 1900 Hurricane/Flood was dated and not of good quality. It was fairly superficial. We decided not to see other films here.

My family with two teenagers and a 7 year old enjoyed the information that the two documentaries provided. Great history lesson about Galveston Island. The theatre is close to some great restaurants and just a block from the Strand. We watched the Great Storm and...More

The Great Storm video presentation is a great oral history of the early days of Galveston and the Great Storm. The first hand accounts are supported by a well produced video collection of pictures, drawings, and documents which reinforce the intensity of the storm and...More

We went to see The Great Storm movie...but it wasn't a movie, merely a collection of drawings, photos, and narratives from the storm. While we learned something new, like what happened to the bodies, we were disappointed with the presentation given for the admission charged.

Film regarding history of Galveston. Anyone visiting the City should see, makes one appreciate the historic buildings, including the homes, and along with Strand. Add bonus, was the film on Pirates history of the area that most have forgotten about.
