When we head to Fredericksburg, we always stop at Das Peach Haus. We have some favorites we like to purchase - Peach Salsa, Triple Berry Jam, Peach Preserves, etc, etc! We also love to spend time out back at the pond. Be sure to purchase some fish food at the counter and feed the fish! Lots of fish and turtles to see!

Friends took us here while visiting the area. We were not sure what the attraction was but walked in with nothing and walked out with 100 dollars of Jams, Jelly, Rubs and other goodies. They have cooking classes plus other things to do when the weather is nice. Nice afternoon break. I will stop again.

Cute little winery/shop with a wonderful outdoor seating area around a little pond. Loved the feel of the grounds with the historic looking buildings. Did a small wine tasting - done differently than we are used to with a self serve wine station accessed via prepaid card.
The store has tons of yummy looking sauces, etc for reasonable prices - definitely worth a stop!

This was our favorite place to visit during our first time visit to Fredericksburg. You start off with self serve wine tasting and then get to go out to the pond in the back. This place was so peaceful and chill. The wine was great but it was the view that did it for us. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and always try to stop at Das Peach Haus when we visit Fredericksburg. We usually buy a few items and then visit the pond out back to sit and enjoy watching the fish and turtles. This time, it was raining so we were unable to enjoy the pond, but we did pick up some of our favorite items in the store: Triple Berry Jam and Mild Green Jalepeno Jelly (which is great on cream cheese). We also purchased some peach cider which we are enjoying in our hot tea. The staff was quite helpful.

No matter what your taste desires from peach butter, peach wine, peach cobbler, peach wine, or dozens of other exotic flavors, this place has it all. This is a great place to secure special occasion gifts for family, friends and selfishly yourself. We thoroughly enjoyed the peach bbq sauce we purchased, especially on our baby back pork ribs and grilled chicken and fish. Treat yourself soon.

My friend and I did the cooking class and we had an absolute blast. It was private so it was just the two of us and the chef. Annie, our chef, was phenomenal. She conversed with us while showing us techniques on how to cook French cuisine. This was an experience of a lifetime and I would sign up for another class in a heart beat. The cooking class is the hidden gem of Fredericksburg as the locals are not even aware of it. The outside patio and pond were nice and quiet. I purchased several of the jellies and sauces from the store and they are delicious. A wonderful place to visit for a few hours in Fredericksburg.

A delightful place with plenty of items to buy, from everything peaches to other fruits. There were a few really good wines some with the peach flavor. The Moscato was a favorite. We sat in the cooking school area as it was very hot outside, and the staff could not be more accommodating. We discussed the wines, food and game dishes. Family friendly and very nice surroundings.

Cousin’s Reunion weekend and this place was a very pleasant find. Loved the sauces and made several purchases. Did a flight of wine and tasted one we really liked. The Peach wine was wonderful. There was also a band playing and the music was fun country tunes. The pond was very inviting. This was just a great place all around. Will definitely be back.

I wouldn't recommend Das Peach Haus for wine tasting (it's automated as others have mentioned) but it IS a great little shop that has a lot of great sauces, salsas, etc. away from the hustle and bustle of Main St. Also a beautiful stop to relax and enjoy the scenery. We nearly wandered into a little cabin but it was an office; the guy who works there came out and gave us a lot of background about Fischer & Wieser and Das Peach Haus. That interaction really made the visit special. :-)
