It's not the biggest complex you will ever visit, but it gives a fascinating glimpse back in time. Was a nice way to spend a couple of hours. Learned quite a bit!

I'm so sorry we missed you. You must have come on Sunday when we are always closed. We were open on Memorial Day weekend Friday, Saturday, and Monday regular hours. The only holidays we are closed are Thanksgiving and Christmas. I hope you'll consider coming...More

We loved learning about the history of Fredericksburg and the early German Pioneers. The 12 minute video is worth watching. Each building has a 2-3 minute audio snippet which we found intriguing especially as some of the audio is told through ancestors of the pioneers....More

Our tour of the Pioneer Museum was self-guided and we were able to go at our own pace. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The things we learned were very interesting and informative. I would highly recommend.
