People are super nice. Wines seemed to be just average - wasn't blown away. It felt more like a old supermarket then a wine tasting.

The tasting fee at this winery is less than the fees at all the other wineries in town. ($10) However, on this visit to Fredericksburg, all of the wineries in town required you to purchase a glass which you get to keep for a tasting....More

We were the last couple allowed in before closing and, surprisingly, we did not feel rushed to get through. The older guy who served us gave us interesting history behind each wine - the name, the style- we bought one of the bottles just for...More

I went in here because it was centrally located downtown and my mom had requested me bring her home a bottle of the wine she'd had when she visited. The man behind the counter who "greeted" (I use that word verrrry lightly) us and another...More

Least expensive wine tasting around and in center of Fredericksburg but the wine is merely average. Best was a gerwerstremener and strangely a hot mulled wine. I say strangely because it was 85 degrees out. They do have interesting jams, hot sauce and mustards to...More

We liked their wide array of wine to try. We shared a tasting between the two of us and the portion was positively compensated for that. Our hostess, Manerva (sp?) was great. One other lady popped over to help us too, but she wasn't as...More

I very much enjoyed the wine tasting here. So much so that I bought a bottle of their ice wine to put in my suitcase and fly it home. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our wine tasting. The hostess was very accommodating and gave us more than the five tastings. (5 tastings and a glass for $10) Since we were flying, they made sure to bubble wrap our purchases. That is always a plus. And try the...More

Hostess was rude, pushy and generally talked down to us. Tried to ask a few questions about their product and how it might compare to wines from other areas of the country and were treated like we were out if line for asking about it....More

The lady who talks you through tasting and whatnot cannot even drink red wine so she has no clue what she's talking about. I must say their Christmas wine is amazing. We bought 6 bottles.
