It may sound a little dry, but it was actually a fascinating self-guided tour! It took us about an hour to go through the visitor's center. You have a hand-held audio tour device that you use as you walk along a glass walled hallway above...More

Took our grandkids ( ages 9 and 12) here. Very informative. The kids found it interesting as did we. Hands on exhibits and photographs helped with explanations. Audio tour we’ll put together.

Make this your every summer, field trip spot! You cant beat free, educational, and fun! It's not too long, parking is easy and if you got the right time of day you will miss traffic!

Seeing the place where they "make money" was fun. There were so many interesting facts that I did not know.

We actually toured this for our honeymoon as we were not to far from it. We both loved it and thought it was really neat. Plus it is FREE. Security is high but understand why.

What a cool tour to learn what we use everyday in everything we do. The security is wonderful so follow the rules! We learned allot about the steps and time it takes to make our bills. Very Worth it for all ages and it's free!

This was a fascinating tour! My 7 and 11 year old were enthralled with all the rooms, processes, and huge machinery that are used to print our country’s paper money. Well worth a visit!

This is a free attraction which we stumbled upon since we were in the area. You park in the lot, and catch a shuttle to the main building where you go through an x-ray machine. There's a video to watch (it starts every 20 minutes)...More

I thought they might have had something in the guardhouse where you go through the metal detector. Best bet is to call them: (866) 865-1194 This number is on the website too.

We, and others that I noticed, left our cell phones in our car. We assumed that security was such here that we had nothing to worry about.
