All three kids had such an amazing time. The 2 little ones had never been. They were excited the whole time and L-O-V-E-D it. Of course they decided it was a real castle & the real king hosts these tournaments, the knights were REAL knights,...More

Very well run, organized. They pretty much have it down pat and want to move you along. If you have any questions, I recommend you call before you go as the cast seems to want to move you along at a fast pace. I believe...More

Thank you for the detailed review! Regarding reservations, we do recommend them especially for busy shows. In the chance that our show sells out, we would hate to have to send people away. It's great to hear you got to experience all parts of the...More

This was my second visit this year and it was more fun than the first. The experience was enhanced by our server Chance. He was into the scene and looked really excited to be there and was attentive. He made the experience that much better....More

Thank you for the review! We are glad Chance could be an exceptional part of your experience. The king will make sure he is dutifully rewarded for his exquisite service. We are glad you had a "knight" to remember!

I loved this place! My coworkers and I (in our 20's and 30's) bought tickets when in town for business. We went, drank some beers, took some pictures, and had an awesome time making fun of ourselves. We may have been the only people there...More

We went for the first time 3 days ago. First of all, it is expensive. But if you do some research online, you can find discounts and such to apply. I bought the King's Royalty tickets for my family of 5, because I wanted to...More

We love to visit Medieval Times a couple of times a year (we live in the area); have always had a wonderful experience...food good and love the show. Today, we had a bit of an issue; and this sounds crude, but we encountered the overpowering...More

Luckily we found some online promo codes to help with the sticker shock but hey... we wanted to see what the hype was about and dove in head first. First off, it's pretty difficult to find activities to comfortably accommodate a party with 5 young...More

I'm torn on this review... The show was amazing, but the hassle to get in was NOT... The seating was nice, and the dinner was good... This event lasted approximately 2 hours and after the initial timidness, my child LOVED the show... * My 5...More

Very fun and great meal! Would like a choice of dessert. For the cost it would be nice to get a few meal options. Check the website thoroughly. After we bought tickets we found them to be almost half price with a code on their...More

Thank you for the review! We do have alternate meal options, usually they are to accommodate food allergies; however any noble is more than welcome to partake any of our options. You can always find great deals through our website and Facebook. We hope you...More

I've reviewed this place before. I love it. Honestly, I can only name one complaint about Medieval Times, and I would say that everything else about this place makes up for that complaint 10-fold to the point where I can still give them 5 stars....More

Thank you for the excellent feedback! We are glad to see you have visited the castle again and again. Doing an online ordering process is a great idea! One of the problems that may occur though, is if nobles choose their seats and they have...More

75 minutes early is good if you want to shop or buy drinks ahead of the show. They have a large selection of midieval items (costumes etc). I agree with macman66 that 45 minutes is plenty early.
