What a wonderful place to see sea creatures you've not experienced before, and if you go on a weekend there are normally docents to provide some information. There are hands-on things for children, and adults as well! Well worth the time.

We were about to go to the Dallas World Aquarium and pay $80 for our young family of four when we discovered this little gem! Only $8 for adults and $6 for kids 3 and up. It is a smaller aquarium, however, for my 5...More

This is a great aquarium, set up specifically for children. All the tanks are low to the ground and my kids (3 and 6) were able to see in each and every tank easily. By far the best part is the stingray exhibit in the...More

We always have a fantastic time at the aquarium here in fair park. My child loves running around and looking at the sharks, turtles, stingrays and all sorts of wonderful saltwater and fresh water fish. You could spend an hour or half a day here...More

This aquarium is a little smaller than the other aquariums I have visited in Dallas but it is really kid friendly. My favorite part was the stingrays, you get to feed them!

I took my 6 year old and had a blast. There are lots of things to see and touch and, because its in Fair Park, you can walk to the Science place, Museum of Natural History, and lots of other places.

My 6 year old granddaughter loved this place. Accessible exhibits, plenty to see, friendly and informative volunteers. Highlight? Stroking the stingrays. She is a timid child but they amused her for a good 30 minutes. Very good value and probably better for small children than...More

This aquarium was meant to be seen at stroller level and is very fitting for kids that age. My 1.5 year old loved walking around on a weekday when there were only a handful of other visitors. It didn't scare her as I expected, not...More

The aquarium is fun for teens and pre teens too. They will probably enjoy feeding the string rays, and watching the sharks.
