We dropped by this place after spotting it during a tour around Dallas.
It looks impressive from a distance and it is worth a walk around to see the life size longhorn cattle bronze sculptures showing the historic cattle drives.
Enjoyed. Free and doesn’t take too much of your schedule.

On the moment (Feb. 2023) it is one big chaos. The place is full of traffic cones, and not all statues are visible. But it was a nice walk to get there.

Beautiful Longhorn sculptures in a little park in downtown Dallas. Great photo ops with the Dallas skyline as a back drop.

This was an incredible visual of a Cattle drive. As I understand it, the cattle statues are an absolutely true depiction of the Long Horns, with the exception that the statues are slightly larger than the actual animals. If your tour bus stops here, it's a must see.

My family (all adults in their 40s, 60s, and 70s) went here to take some photos after my graduation. Everyone was impressed with how detailed and life size the statues were. We had a wonderful time!

The long winding line of bronze longhorn cattle and their wranglers are well worth a visit. The park and pioneer cemetry are a definite must see. It is unfortunate that some adults find it necessary to climb the statues. They are lovely pieces of art to be enjoyed, not a carnival ride.

If you are in downtown Dallas make your way to the Pioneer Park. There is a Lifesize presentation of longhorn steers on a cattle drive around a section of the park near the street corner. There are a couple of places for limited time free parking so you can get our and take some pictures of this one of a kind giant spreading piece of art.

I have been at night but it is not lighted as much and your photos won't come out properly. More appropriate during the day time.
We are looking at visiting this park and cemetery, do you know how long it takes to walk this area, are there bathrooms and places to eat we have three hrs till our flight leaves

Pioneer Plaza is in downtown Dallas. It's not a park as in green space. There are no restrooms or places to eat in Pioneer Plaza, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Not sure what you mean by cemetery - are you referring to the JFK memorial? If so, it is within walking distance of Pioneer Plaza. Neither are easily accessible to the airport due to traffic.
How long did it take you to walk park? Did you visit the cemetery also? We have 3 hrs to till our flight out of Dallas looking for sight seeing areas that are public and safe as can be
