You can still walk in this plaza and see things as they were in 1962. There is even an x on the road marking where Kennedy received that fatal shot. The plaza has fountains and a statue of the influential Dealey. Great view of the...More

I think If you do not be here you has not been in Dallas. It is impressive because of the history keypoint. It was interesting that 2 or 3 men meet the turists and give them information about the Research on the Kennedy Gate, selling...More

Stand on the grassy knoll and imagine the scene. At the base of the area one can see two "X"s in the street's pavement. These designate where JFK's limo was when the shots hit him & Governor Connelly. People pose in the street and cars...More

You will get chills walking around here and reliving that fateful day in Dallas. An X marks the spot in the road of the JFK assassination. Witnessed several people almost get hit by cars trying to get a selfie in middle of street. There are...More

I have seen this place in pictures since that fateful day in 1963, but to stand here is a truly moving experience. This is a truly moving experience I will never forget. You must see this.

This is the site where Dallas first began. In this area was built the first house, post office, etc. Its an area that honors those who came before us.

Walked around Dealey Plaza for about a half an hour. Gotta go to the museum first so you can get some perspective on where everyone was and the logistics of the event. Of course gotta see the grassy knoll

After visiting the 6th floor depository it's good to sit on the grassy knoll and see the cross on the road where JFK was so tragically shot. The area is well maintained and clean. There were some undesirables floating around trying to scam you for...More

The plaza itself is free to walk around. Same with the monument built in remembrance of JFK. The 6th floor library museum has a fee but you can find a groupon or living social for it. everything is in walking distance to... More
