Prettiest Place in Dallas!!

My wife and I are members and go to the Arboretum 5-6 times per year! We are always amazed! Don't forget to take a picnic lunch and/or your favorite bottle of wine!!

The Arboretum puts on an outside show of the 12 days of Christmas. 12 life-sized pavilions contain the themes from each day of the song. Everything is in motion, colorful, glittering, delightful. You walk among the pavilions lit up at night. Definitely something for the family, a date night, or a group visit. Get tickets in advance so you are... More

The Dallas Arboretum is one of my favorite places to visit. Love the wonderful colors The Arboretum offer & it is such a great place for whole family to visit & make memories. The gardens themselves are beautifully laid out and it is easy to envisage the spring and summer planting plans.

What a great place. We went during the evening at the end of December during the buy one get one free. We walked the grounds for the Twelve Days of Christmas. There are gardens and other art works on display but they were not the main focus during this time. There is also a house that you can tour, however... More

A lovely place to take a picnic in the spring and let the kids run around barefoot in the grass. Gorgeous place to take... More

Visited the botanical gardens on one of the coldest days of the year. Had a wonderful time enjoying the 12 days of Christmas pagodas and exploring the DeGolyer house decorations. The gardens themselves are beautifully laid out and it is easy to envisage the spring and summer planting plans.

What a treasure the Dallas Arboretum is to Dallas year round, but especially during the Christmas Holidays. This year they presented a large collection of Santa's loaned by members of the Junior League of Dallas and the Twelve Days of Christmas. I look forward to every visit to the Arboretum.

We attended a wedding ceremony at the Arboretum and were absolutely impressed with the grounds and gardens. The settings are beautiful, meticulously maintained and world class in quality. An absolute "must" to visit if you're in the Dallas area.

Have been here before during the daytime but this was an evening 12 days of Chritsmas event. It was really quite splendid to see it all lit up in the dark. Made all of the displays more sparkly. The grounds and house are great to visit during the day also. Will go again.
