One of tens of Medieval Castles in Jura Krakowsko-Czestochowska, Although now just in ruins - worth seeing for the idea how smart they were in 14th century to use natural rock as part of the large castle. May be a starting or finishing point for...More

Easy to combine with a trip to Bobolice, 1.5km by car or 20 minutes by foot by several trails through the forest. Beautiful views from the top of the hill but unfortunately the castle itself is closed. Renovation work and some archeological excavations are ongoing...More

Mirow is located about 20 minute walk from Bobolice, so the best is to visit them together. Instead of going along the road, you can get there other way, wandering crag and tail.

This is a small castle and small ruins. One can't enter the walls, but the place is still nice as the castle is nicely located on a great path to a 2nd castle nearby. It's a small climb from the free parking lot.
