We love Center Hill lake! It's a beautiful deep lake with very little to worry about hitting with your boat. We visit Edgar Evins just about every weekend.

Very nice scenery. The long winding road getting to the reservoir and our campground was a little treacherous driving with our big rig but presented beautiful vistas. We stayed at the Long Branch campground which was well maintained with nice views of the river.

This park was wonderful!!! It was in the direct path of eclipse. The sites are like non I've ever seen! They hang over the bluffs on metal and wooden decks! No one can wander thru your campsite it's very private and secluded. The marina food...More

A spectacularly scenic mountain forest location with a wide range of well-maintained facilities from primitive tent camping sites to RV berths with hookups to comfortable, even cushy, rental cabins. The hiking trails are at various levels of challenge, and organized activities are offered for kids,...More

There are plenty of paved roads to ride bikes on, as long as you follow the rules of safety- traffic goes through there frequently, but are required to go only 30mph. There is a seasonal restaurant at the marina.
