Fun to watch the fisherman or just watch the water. Really good after a heavy rain. City does a good job keeping it clean.

Good place to take kids to skip rocks across the Duck River. You can drive right down to the water's edge.

This is a nice little park near the Courthouse Square. An old hydroelectric plant and the dam are the main features of the park. Which is a visual delight! Overall it is a pleasant little park for a picnic or to read a good book...More
