We took our kids to the local air museum for a homeschool field trip. As we were in the museum, I see this beautiful blue biplane taking off. I learned that it was for sightseeing tours, and immediately decided that a ride in a plane would put the cap on our ww1-ww2 field trip. The plane was beautiful and in great condition. It was awesome to fly in a piece of American aviation history. Marc was a fantastic pilot, neither kid ever felt nervous, and both were first time fliers. We will definitely be back for another longer trip.

Pilot was rude and unprofessional Apparently has local reputation of being ill tempered. Terrible attitude toward other airport users.

I for the life of me can't figure out what I did that has you so upset. The prefered runway in light winds is 28. Besides all that... I broke off my approach to 28 and came in behind you into runway 10. My approach and landing had no influence on your landing at all. I tried to have a civil conversation with you about it when you called and delivered your foul mouthed and abusive tirade, but you wouldn't listen. BTW I take threats of physical violence seriously. And I still can't figure out what taking all the hard candy that I leave on my counter for people to enjoy was supposed to accomplish.

Our first trip in a biplane, must admit I was slightly nervous but Marc knows his stuff and once we were airborne, I was so glad we decided to give this a try. Go early in the day if you can (less turbulence). I did not feel the least bit queasy and the views were spectacular. The plane has been meticulously restored and the windscreen blocks most of the wind. You will see amazing scenery and fabulous hilltop estates although access over Smokey Mountain Park is not allowed due to regulations (that's ok, I don't want to disturb anyone) . My only regret is we did not have time to hear more of Marc's history, he is one interesting guy. P.S. The landing was smooth as silk. Just do it!

The flight was great, LOVED IT! Don't miss a once in a lifetime chance to ride a Bi-plane ride. Marc is the pilot and owner. He is the greatest. The tour and narration is the best.
